Fuji’s Ace 650 is the perfect bike for introducing your young cyclist to the glorious world of road cycling. A lightweight aluminum frame provides a responsive ride while the aero steel fork soaks up vibrations from the road. The fast-rolling 650c aluminum wheels get there faster with minimal effort, while the Vera Invictus tires ensure a secure and comfortable ride. Your junior will fly up and over climbs with the Shimano Tourney 14-speed drivetrain and safely descend the other side with the powerful dual-pivot brakes. An Oval Concepts youth-specific saddle provide a comfortable ride for seasons to come.

Comments:
I have my very short 10 year old on this bike. As soon as she can reach the brake hoods I'm going to upgrade to Sora 7. The bike is fast, handles well, and I don't mind spending [$] for a first road bike. Finally I can really ride with my kid and she can keep up. Downside is some of the parts are pretty low end-up side is -she doesn't know the difference and is still learning how to shift anyway.
